I am medical student and my field is occupational therapy and I have subjects like from first year anatomy, physiology, biochemistry,pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, psychology,medicine,surgery , orthopedics, psychiatry,psm so I want to know how to choose optional very wisely as it is important for exam , please help me (all these subjects are mentioned from 1st to final year).
 
Medicine itself is a good option to choose. The only issue is, state PSCs may not have medicine as an option.

You need to check if the option is available and then go for it.
