- Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay of Bhutan and Indian Prime Minister are discussing the hydro electric power projects, existing and new since Bhutan is endowed with abundant water resources

- India expressed its displeasure and the officials said that “Bhutan is a sovereign country and it is up to Bhutan and its leadership to decide on this issue keeping their interests in mind.”
