Russia again blamed over Tsarnaev (Boston Marathon Bombing)

April 11, 2014 by Admin Leave a Comment

  • U.S and Russia exchanged fierce words regarding the Boston Marathon Bombing case
  • FBI claims Russia did not shared information about Tamerlan Tsarnaev which would have helped to investigate more effectively
  • Telephonic conversation information was shared much later that was between Mr. Tsarnaev and his mother in which they discussed Islamic jihad
  • Russia had shared that he was a strong follower of Islam who was moving to U.S to join unspecified underground group
  • This has created issues in granting temporary asylum to Edward Snowden, the whistleblower and former National Security Agency contractor who supplied media with confidential documents on the NSA’s surveillance activities.

Exams Perspective:

  1. Boston Marathon Bombing case
  2. Whistleblower
  3. Radicalism
  4. Jihad
  5. PRISM Surveillance Program
  6. Russia USA Bilateral Relations
