- The KMCL has set up a special purpose vehicle to accomodate both passengers as well as goods
- The mobility plan will be submitted and the union has processed 20% for the project.
- National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (Natpac) or Rail India Technical and Economic Services Ltd (RITES) to submit the plan.
- Detailed report project has been done, Natpac has the traffic data ready
- KMCL has studied the project including the First and last connectivety
- DMRC for commercial bid approved to be done after KMCL approves .
