Jat Community’s Request has been Cancelled by SC

• SC refuses to stay Center’s notification of bringing Jats under OBC quota.
• Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Bihar are the states who would be largely benefited.
• National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) has refused to include Jats under OBC
• Jats have been included under OBC in a few states for the benefit of political parties
