- Agrawal, owner of a cyber café in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, gets the award with a cash prize of Rs 1.06 crore for spearheading campaign against unbridled industrialisation across India.
- His Jan Chetana forum successfully fought against Jindal Steel and Power Ltd’s (JSPL) plan to mine coal for its plant.
