  • BJP-led NDA intends to achieve  its goal of “minimum government, maximum governance.”
  • Empowered Groups of Ministers and Groups of Ministers system is cancelled and Prime Minister and the ministers have to work on the new module and end policies that are of no use
  • Immediate action has to be taken by the ministers to resolve their issues at the earliest
  • Dr. Manmohan Singh, Pranab Mukherjee, Sharad Pawar, P. Chidambaram and A.K. Antony have handed over his powers to the Ministers
  • An omniscient super-PMO must not destroy the Cabinet system that envisages decisions through consensus and Mr.Modi should act as a facilitator, using persuasion and not diktat
  • In order to meet people’s expectations, Mr. Modi must not be tempted to become a single point of power, governing as he conducted his campaign, in a presidential manner, focussing all authority in the PMO and worked in Gujarat may not succeed all across India.
