- 7 private hospitals will render services for the endosulfan victims in Dakshina Kannada, 11 more hospitals to be signed shortly
- The government and hospitals have signed a memorandum of understanding before Karnataka HC
- The endosulfan victims can make use of the smart card for the treatment and they can approach the nearest primary healthcare unit and then if required approach the hospitals
- The victims can approach the district level executive committee for any help and support
- K.S.Hegde medical academy will now set up a 20 bed unit for mental health issues, MOU signed with the government
- Three centers are operational and one is coming up shortly in Mangalore as well
