COOPTEX Measures to Develop Children’s Knowledge

  • Tamil Nadu Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society (Cooptex) will educate and motivate children on cultural heritage, inventions, and literature of Tamil Nadu, through their products.
  • Bed sheets and bed covers are aesthetically designed attract the attention of children.  These products are branded under the name, ‘Kuttis collection’.
  • Pictures of Tamil alphabet letters in bright colours, and designs of solar system on bed sheets, are aimed at educating children in a fun way.
  • Bed covers are designed with the names of Tamil authors and literary experts.
  • Rooms will work like knowledge development places. Environment and ecology protective measures will be explained on bed covers.
