- The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is planning to bring out a report on the current status of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Karnataka shortly.
- Companies in Mysore can choose from the many ways of indulging in CSR such as by building toilets near heritage sites and housekeeping at tourist sites
- Activity areas can range from sustainable tourism to education and sports.
- This was disclosed by CII Mysore chairman R.C. Jagadeesh and Dr. Michael Hopkins, MD, MCH International Ltd., gave a talk on ‘Business Case for CSR: International Perspectives.’
