Bihar Students Defy ‘Special Arrangements’ in Board Exams

Landslide in Nepal, flood fear in Bihar
  • Students appearing for the Intermediate Board examinations defied the special arrangements made by the Bihar government to check mass copying at exam centres.
  • Furniture was broken and CCTV cameras went missing at several centres on the first day of the examination.
  • Last year, a picture of parents, friends and relatives climbing on to the walls of an examination centre to help students went viral.
  • State Education Minister Ashok Chaudhury this time had declared that special arrangements had been made to avoid such embarrassment.
