- A parking that’s ready before you reach the destination, a new concept, Pparke, a parking analytics platform, has been recently launched to help parking space providers and owners in malls, universities, airports
- This concept makes it easy like an online movie booking or online recharge of phone
- The brainchild of Pristech Analytics is founded by alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), the husband and wife duo Shampa Ganguly and Preetam Ganguly are working at the NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at IIMB
- It’s a cloud based concept available at Google store specially for parking availability information in any part of the city
- So far 200 people have used this system and some malls are already registered for this and the parking costs is just the same as parking provider charges
- Parking space is also planned in schools and offices that are off on weekends in the heart of the city and the company is in talks with the BBMP for partnership and the Traffic Police to implement pay-n-park
- Components such as no parking zones have not been factored in so far and it is applicable for 4 wheelers only as of now
